Refund policy

All sales are final once delivery starts

The course is delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts. For this reason we do not refund a course because it has been watched, finished, or is no longer needed.

The whole course is described before you buy: the full curriculum, what you receive and the price. Please read it before paying.

When we do refund

A file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it or send a working copy within a reasonable time.

You were charged twice for the same course or bundle by mistake. We refund the duplicate payment.

These cases do not depend on the withdrawal consent. Your rights under consumer law for digital content that does not work as described remain unaffected.

How to ask

Reply to your order email or write to the contact address with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are processed by our payment partner to the original payment method, and access to the downloads is withdrawn.
