Who runs Steply Skills

Steply Skills is run by an independent entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Moldova. Contact: [email protected].

You buy through our payment partner Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the reseller (Merchant of Record): it is the seller on your receipt, charges the taxes that apply and issues your invoice.

What you buy

A complete, informational video course: lessons, a course book in PDF and quizzes; downloadable materials in the Course + toolkit version.

On the English site you buy the English edition. On the Romanian site you buy the edition in Romanian and English. The page you buy from shows which edition you receive.

You can also buy a bundle of 2, 3 or 4 courses from the same line (everyday life or business). Each course in a bundle is delivered complete, in the version you chose.

The course is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it does not include a certificate or accreditation.

Price and payment

The price shown on the page, for a course or a bundle, is the final price, paid once. Price includes VAT.

A bundle costs the sum of the prices of the courses in it, minus the discount shown (15% for 2 courses, 20% for 3, 30% for 4).

Delivery

After the payment is confirmed you receive an email with a personal download link for the complete course or courses. The download is also available in the customer page of our payment partner.

Right of withdrawal

The course is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you tick a box to ask for immediate access and to confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery starts. Without that consent the purchase cannot go ahead. The confirmation of your order, including this consent, is sent to you by email.

Delivery starts when the download link is made available to you. From that moment the purchase is final and cannot be withdrawn. Buyers purchasing for a business have no statutory right of withdrawal. See the refund policy for the cases in which we do refund.

Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course. You may not resell, share, upload or otherwise redistribute the videos, the course book or the materials, in full or in part. For team use, write to us for a team licence.

If the licence is breached, access to downloads and updates is withdrawn without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect our copyright.

Limitation of liability

The course explains concepts and options with fictional examples. Decisions you make for your business remain your responsibility. Nothing in this clause limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. You can also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies of your country.
